Refund Policy

Our 30-day money-back guarantee

We want Aussie Toolkit to actually save you time on site. If it doesn't, tell us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll give you a full refund. This applies to your first purchase of credits, a Pro subscription, or a Founder licence.

How to request a refund

Email us at [contact email] from (or quoting) the email address on your account, within 30 days of the purchase. We'll process approved refunds to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

How it works for each plan

  • Pay-as-you-go credits — refundable within 30 days. Credits already used to export a document are generally not refundable, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law (see below).
  • Pro subscription — you can cancel any time through the billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of your current paid period. We don't generally refund part-used periods, but your first payment is covered by the 30-day guarantee above.
  • Founder lifetime licence — covered by the 30-day guarantee. After 30 days it is a completed one-off purchase and is non-refundable, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.

Cancelling a subscription

Manage or cancel your subscription any time from your account's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you won't be charged again, and you keep access until then.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

These guarantees are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law ("ACL"). Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. If there is a major failure with the Service, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy regardless of the timeframes above. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
